Types and working principles of large vibration hydraulic pile drivers

July 29th at 6:09pm

Large vibration hydraulic pile drivers can be basically divided into four types: large vibration hydraulic pile drivers, drop hammers, large vibration hydraulic pile drivers, steam hammers, large vibration hydraulic pile drivers, diesel hammers, and large vibration hydraulic pile drivers. The working principle of each type is different.

The large vibration hydraulic pile driver is a multifunctional construction machinery for steel pipe piles of highway guardrails. Powered by oil pressure, the hydraulic pressure can be adjusted according to the different soil conditions of the formation to achieve appropriate impact force for pile driving. It is a new type of large-scale vibrating hydraulic pile driver. According to different configurations, steel pipe piles can be driven in, pulled out, or drilled on the roadbed and stable layer before being driven. The drop hammer large vibration hydraulic pile driver is a pile pipe sinking equipment, which has the characteristics of simple design, convenient installation and transportation, high impact force, and stable performance. It is a steel heavy block that is lifted by a hoist with a hook, unhooked, and freely falls along the guide frame to pile. All use electric power, no need to purchase expensive diesel power.

The large vibrating hydraulic pile driver with a steam hammer consists of a hammer head and a hammer seat, powered by steam or compressed air, and comes in two types: single acting steam hammer and double acting steam hammer. There are two types of steam or compressed air powered steam hammers: single acting steam hammers and double acting steam hammers. A single action steam hammer uses a plunger or cylinder as the hammer head, and the steam drives the hammer head to rise, and then allows it to fall along the guide rod of the hammer seat to drive the pile.

The main body of the diesel hammer large-scale vibration hydraulic pile driver is also composed of a cylinder and a plunger. The cylinder type diesel hammer uses the cylinder as the hammer seat and is directly guided by the elongated inner wall of the cylinder, eliminating the need for two guide rods. The plunger is a hammer head that can move up and down in the cylinder. Its working principle is similar to that of a single cylinder two-stroke diesel engine, with a fuel injection pump, fuel tank, cooling water tank, and pile cap attached to the hammer seat of the diesel hammer. The clearance between the plunger and cylinder is sealed with an elastic plunger ring.
